An interesting and varied opportunity with our client a super cool Media, Film and TV Production company based in North London.

You will represent the company and be a key player in ensuring organisation and support across the business reporting directly to the Head of Operations. You will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business and support on projects and events. No two days will be the same!

This will require a competent, positive can-do personality, super professional as this role would be amazing in its scope and growth with amazing offices and people that make this production company one of the best in the world of entertainment.

Junior PA - The Role

• Provide support to the Co Global CEO including diary management, UK & International travel and transport, producing day scheduling sheets and travel sheets.
• Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Working closely with the Head of Operations & Special Projects across all CEO related duties.
• Prepare meeting agendas, inclusive of research for meetings, and take minutes.
• Support with personal errands and administration
• Work with the Operations team providing daily cover (x2 shifts per day) and holiday cover on front of house.
• Provide support across all UK events within the facility and externally alongside the Workplace Coordinator and Operations Management.
• Manage projects and follow-up with key stakeholders
• Provide departmental administrative support
• Process expenses and credit card reconciliations

• Strong administrative experience, preferably supporting Senior Executives
• Excellent organisation skills
• Proactive and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional demeanour, positive attitude, and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Confidentiality: Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using Google Suite
• Full UK driving licence
