They are seeking a credit control administrator to join their people development team based in London. As the credit control administrator, working closely with the accounts receivable team your key job duties include

  • Review of daily incoming cash receipts for several business accounts
  • Allocating correct client codes to properly match the incoming receipts, via Excel
  • Posting receipts into our accounts system
  • Sending daily reports to staff advising of incoming receipts
  • Making journal corrections and adjustments to the accounting system
  • Speaking to internal client leads and managers to discuss incoming receipts
  • Working closely with the Anti Money Laundering Team to flag any issues.
  • Producing monthly electronic pdf statements for partners / subsidiaries
  • Manipulating data and assisting Head of Credit & Revenue in running monthly reports
  • Administrative support for accounts receivable team

As a Credit Control Administrator - You will need to have:

  • Experienced in data entry and meticulous record keeping.
  • Self-motivated and capable of performing routine tasks daily.
  • Basic knowledge of debt collection and credit control team responsibilities.
  • Experience in prioritising workloads effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, and the ability to adapt to new software.
